Thankfully, not all recruitment companies work in the same way.

At ecm, we provide a refreshing change to many of our "competitors" - an intelligent, non-pushy approach to the whole recruitment process - backed by highly targeted CVs.

We have an extensive database of candidates but we are very selective in who we add to it. Typically, ecm candidates have a 2.1 or 1st Class degree in a numerate subject, from a top university. They range from fresh graduate/PhD to highly experienced engineers and managers.

We don't use sharp sales techniques, and we are highly focused in terms of the type of vacancies and clients we recruit for. If we don’t think we will be able to help, we will tell you.

Over the past 25 years, we have built a reputation for submitting only candidates whose skills and personal attributes are a strong match with a client's requirements, and who have a genuine interest in working for that client.

We put emphasis on providing a great service to our candidates as well, and we work with the best candidates - so when we find the right job for a top candidate, we've found the right candidate for the client.

For reasons of confidentiality, we haven't listed our current clients here, but we are happy to provide details and testimonials where appropriate.
