walking.jpgWe have an extensive database of candidates but we are very selective in who we add to it. Typically, ecm candidates have a 2.1 or 1st Class degree in a numerate subject, from a top university. They range from fresh graduate/PhD to highly experienced engineers and managers.

We don't use sharp sales techniques, and we are highly focused in terms of the type of vacancies and clients we recruit for. If we don’t think we will be able to help, we will tell you.
