£60,000 (dep. on experience) + top benefits

This is an outstanding role for a talented Electronics Engineer to join a prestigious consultancy company. You will work on multiple innovative projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The role offers great variety, structured training and superb career development opportunities.

In addition to excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate the technical aspects of your work confidently and authoritatively, the role calls for a solid academic record (1st / 2.1 from a leading university and good A levels) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

This is a client facing role, where you will discuss the technical aspects of your projects regularly with clients to help identify solutions to meet their needs. You should have a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and physical principles along with a proven track record in electronic systems development. Ideally, this will include broad skills in both analogue and digital electronics circuit development - from concept and prototyping, through to high-volume production.

In this particular role, you will take responsibility for the development of new medical devices by drawing on your engineering insight, analysis, creativity, initiative and drive - devising new concepts in medical device electronics, including sensors, actuators, user interfaces, data handling and communication protocols. In addition to extensive technical challenges, the role offers comprehensive training tailored to your requirements – which will involve a blend of mentoring, bespoke internal courses and externally run courses.

As you would expect at this level, the position offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits.
