Graduate Electronics / Software Engineer (23525)

Our client is looking for graduates to join their team of innovative engineers. The ideal candidate will have an excellent degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science and be able to show evidence of a rigorous approach to solving real-world problems. They develop cutting-edge products, using a wide variety of technologies, so an ability to learn and a determination to grow are more important than the knowledge you already have.

You will work on the design of technical systems for a wide range of applications and products. You will have many opportunities to develop your technical design skills for implementing analogue and digital hardware, information engineering, embedded software, control, communications and whole product design.

To meet the requirements of this role you will have:

An excellent degree or PhD in electrical, electronic or information engineering, computer science, or engineering physics.
Experience through university, work or home projects in at least one of the following areas, and enthusiasm for learning about the others:

  1. software implementation in C, C++ or Python
  2. PCB design
  3. digital electronics (processors, memory, DSP, Verilog, VHDL)
  4. analogue electronics (general, interfaces, RF, power)
