Ethical Hacker / Security Analysis Consultant (23604)

Cambridge
£Excellent
Filled

Cybersecurity, Malware, Cambridge / Remote

The ongoing cyber-war with media grabbing events like WannaCry, Industroyer, and Mirai have caused businesses and governments to shore up their security and protect their IT infrastructure. Whilst several software companies – both multinationals and start-ups – have come through with their own (limited) solutions to provide protection, our client has taken a well-regarded solution and engineered it to be applied as a fool-proof cyber shield. They are not resting on their laurels and so are keen to stay ahead of the competition by taking an active position in seeking new threats.

Based in Cambridge, they seek an experienced Ethical Hacker to join them. You’ll be the turn-to-expert and in-house security analysis consultant to advise them and enable to stay not just one step, but several steps ahead of new cyber threats.

This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who’s probably au fait with the projects at InfoSec, and in modern cybersecurity, and possibly attended conferences like DEF CON and BlackHat. Ultimately, you’ll have closely looked at malware architecture and implementation.

Interested? Send through a CV or your profile with descriptions of relevant knowledge (no executables are needed!)

In return, an excellent salary is on offer, plus the possibility to work remotely (although preference is for someone residing within the UK) and really interesting work.
