Our client is a small technical consultancy, working on a range of in-depth problems, mainly in the security and defence sector. The unique nature and diversity of projects within the company requires thoughtful and inspired work from the current cross-discipline team. This new role of computer vision researcher reflects the complex and novel systems being developed.
You should have a 1st or 2.1 degree from a top-ranked world class university in a relevant technical subject and, most likely, a PhD focusing on computer vision or machine learning.
The following would be of interest:-
- Excellent practical programming skills in C++ or Python
- Experience with classifying objects for computer vision
- An understanding of 3D multiview geometry and sensor fusion
- Strong algorithmic skills
The field of work means that UK security clearance will be required.
