Summary: Top Cambridge software consultancy seeks bright full-stack developers. Broad range of technologies sought, from C# / Java / Python back-ends, Azure / AWS / cloud frameworks, through to JavaScript, Swift or Bootstrap for application design.

This Cambridge-based company develops innovative and elegant software solutions for internet-based applications ranging from web services and platforms, through to mobile apps or desktop-based tools. They’re seeking an able developer who is confident working across multiple technologies and environments, to join their top-flight team.

Due to the varied requirements of their clients, you’ll need to be someone who is happy to pick up new languages and technologies with little guidance or supervision. Our client likes candidates with a strong academic background, though this may not be a deal-breaker if you can demonstrate your expertise through relevant commercial work.

Your experience to date will likely include many of:

• Java, C#, Python or Node.js server / back-end development;
• cloud technologies such as Google Cloud, Azure or AWS with a SQL Server or Postgres database;
• responsive design in JavaScript (React.js, Angular.js, etc.) with Bootstrap or similar;
• mobile app development with Objective-C, Swift or Java would be great to have.
  Further experience of any DevOps work, Docker / Kubernetes for deployment and Agile TDD would be a bonus.
