The successful Java Developer will have a good degree in Computer Science or similar, and experience of Java SE (J2SE) development.

Also sought is an understanding of:

• the architecture of complex, large-scale systems
• the network stack and technologies underpinning the internet
• asynchronous / event-driven programming models
