As more software tools are housed in the cloud and accessed through web browsers, so has the emergence of new malware. Our client is at the forefront to combat these unwanted programmes and have delivered unprecedented detection and containment to secure businesses against malicious attacks. This is not your typical anti-virus, but a whole management toolkit to protect key hardware and data assets.

They are currently looking to expand their engineering team, and seek a hands-on Senior C++ Developer with a deep knowledge of web browser technologies. Projects will be varied and provide a real intellectually challenge. They want the best and look to reward their employees with a generous benefits package, and stock options (as well as plenty of career support and fun activities).

Requirements:

  • Extensive OO programming experience in C++.
  • Deep knowledge and applied experience with browser technologies (ideally Webkit or Gecko). Experience with cross browser development (IE, Chrome or Firefox) would be beneficial.
  • Further tools experience with front end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, Webframe).
  • Project experience involving virtualisation or security technologies would be desirable.

Preference is for compsci qualifications, but most important is a strong understanding of broad computer science principles.
