Toolchain Engineer (24111)

This successful technology company develops innovative consumer networking hardware and software for international clients. Due to continued growth they are now seeking an experienced engineer to maintain and improve the efficiency of their software development toolchain. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to drive forward the architectural modifications needed to achieve this optimisation as well as taking ownership of, and resolving any maintenance issues.

To succeed in this role you will need demonstrable, wide experience of multiple build systems, operating systems, and tools; in particular the following:

• Continuous build/Continuous integration tools.
• Integrated development environments such as Visual Studio or XCode.
• Build tools such as Make, SCons etc.
• Continuous Delivery.

Experience of the following would also be desirable: Virtual environments, Agile, static analysis tools, C++, Java, cloud services.
