Postdoc Research Scientist - Autonomous Vehicles (24172)

Linked to one of Scotland's top universities, this specialised team is the research arm for this start-up company working on autonomous vehicles. They work on novel technologies and algorithms based on semi-supervised learning for decision predictions. Key areas being used include: inverse reinforcement learning, inference with graphical models, and causal learning.

Requirements:

• Top qualifications including A/A* A-level in Further Maths and Physics or grade 7 in IB Advanced Maths and Physics; 1st or high 2.1 first degree in statistics, physics, computer science or similar (from a top ranking world university).
• PhD based in robotics, machine learning or AI under the supervision of a leading authority in technologies relevant to autonomous vehicles. Additional post-doctoral experience would be desirable.
• Excellent publications and conference attendance track record.

This is an excellent opportunity for a researcher to maintain their publications record within academia but be well-rewarded by working for a commercial company. Remuneration package includes stock options.
