This pioneering scientific instrumentation company are growing and are looking for a (Senior) Software Engineer to join their technical team. The team work on design, development and integration of software within an electromechanical system, and have a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Requirements:

  • Extensive C++ application experience through hands-on projects including interfacing with sensors, actuators, instrumentation control and data capture.
  • Good understanding of coding style and OO design.
  • Experience interfacing within a Windows environment.
  • Demonstrable experience to innovate, build and test.

Further experience with hardware control, Real-Time systems, C#, or working within a regulated sector would be highly desirable. Academic qualifications are less important than solid relevant development experience, as well as the ability to work effectively within a small team, have the broad range of skills to work in different areas and the aptitude to learn new technologies.

In return, an excellent remunerations package is on offer including share options.
