DevOps Engineer (24217)

Our client is an established and highly successful provider of financial modelling software based in a pleasant and accessible village location south of Cambridge. They are now seeking a bright and enthusiastic developer to join their small team of highly skilled engineers as a DevOps engineer. This is a great opportunity to pursue a career in DevOps and join the financial sector.

The role will be to provide software and systems support to the team, managing key components of their business-critical software infrastructure, including version control /continuous integration / automated test. Their environment is based around .NET, Azure, SQL Server, VSTS, and TeamCity.

You will have:

• A strong degree in a numerate subject from a leading university.
• Solid experience in Agile software development in a commercial environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Unrestricted permission to work in the UK.

You must be able to show that you have commercial experience with the tools used by the client or with very similar technologies.
