Our client is a profitable and self-funded early-stage start-up who have already revolutionised the customer experience for their first customer, a major telecoms provider. To drive their ambitions forward, they are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Scrum Master / Lead Developer to join their growing team.
You will need the following skills and experience:

• Significant experience of providing technical leadership to development teams.
• Excellent understanding of Agile principles, and prior experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven coding ability using an object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or C#.

Experience in No-SQL databases, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js or REST would be valuable but not essential.
