Technical Applications Engineer (24447)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at developing and maintaining client relationships and who can rely on their technical background and experience with C or C++ and multithreaded software.
A new Cambridge based company, that has the backing of a highly successful global brand, seeks motivated and engaging engineers to support both business development and their clients, with technical knowledge and experience.
With a sound technical degree, such as Computer Science or similar, you’ll have at least two years’ relevant experience covering software development using C or C++ and writing multithreaded software targeted for cross-platform use. You’ll also be familiar with object-oriented languages, such as Java and you’ll enjoy being involved in researching technical solutions and rapidly prototyping new applications to meet customer’s needs.
Requirements also include:
- Familiarity with Linux toolchains and Android build-systems
- Excellent communications skills and the confidence to run product demonstrations
- Experience as a Technical Field Application Engineer or similar pre-sales customer facing role
