With this dynamic, early stage company based in Cambridge who are at a key stage in their growth. They are developing a breakthrough healthcare technology and are now looking for a senior manager to head up their entire Mechanical Engineering team.

In this crucial role, you’ll have authority to direct the mechanical development and design effort, ensuring products have optimum levels of performance, quality, efficiency, marketability, profitability and safety.

Naturally you’ll have extensive experience of engineering, project management and design control, with a record of success in senior roles within high performance, entrepreneurial organisations. You can show exceptional leadership ability and skills in developing, motivating and guiding large teams.

It would be highly advantageous if you have experience with medical device technology and knowledge of ISO 13485.
