Senior Developer - PHP (24503)

Do you have exemplary PHP Back End design and coding skills, and a desire to work on projects that are just a bit out of the ordinary? This company operates a family of high performance, interactive websites with new projects always in the pipeline.

You would be working as part of an enthusiastic and accomplished Agile development team, working collaboratively with Front End colleagues to bring to life responsive and beautiful web designs that will delight users. This will include upgrades to existing sites and design of new ones, implementing Cloud-based services including ecommerce functionality.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• A good degree in Computer Science or a similar subject from a well-respected university
• Excellent Back End, CMS, and database design skills, along with ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
• Demonstrably strong coding skills in PHP and additionally Front End skills including JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in at least some of AWS (or similar Cloud-based system), NoSQL databases, REST API design, working with a modern CMS such as Drupal.
