Agile DevOps Engineer: Automation / Deployment (24537)

This well-regarded Cambridge software company has created a successful line of cloud and desktop products dealing with large-scale data processing, maintenance and visualisation. They are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer, knowledgeable about Automation Management and Continuous Integration / Delivery, to join their growing team working on core products.

The successful candidate’s CV will demonstrate commercial experience with:

• Configuration and Automation Management tools (Puppet, Ansible, etc.);
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins or TeamCity);
• Maintenance and administration of both Windows and Linux environments;
• Popular frameworks / language tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Oracle/SQL Server);
• Build automation / management tools (Maven, Gradle, Cake Build, etc.);
• Work in a modern, fast-paced Agile development environment.

Candidates with further interest / experience with networking protocols, container technologies or GIS systems will be at an advantage. You should also demonstrate relevant technical qualifications, including a strong honours degree in Computer Science (or related subject) from a top-ranking university.
