Major Agile software company, financial systems, evolutionary approach

Join a world-leading financial software organisation who are leaders in analytical and predictive software products. You would have accountability for several sets of products, the evolution of Agile software processes, and ensuring good interfaces between development and product management teams. You’d be a key part of ideation, planning and communicating opportunities, as well as architectural discussions. You would also oversee recruitment, reporting, QA and support.

You will have:

  • A 1st or 2:1 in computing or a related subject from a top university, backed by strong A-level grades
  • Significant software development and subsequent leadership experience, including teams of 10-20+ engineers across the full SDLC, suiting the aforementioned responsibilities
  • Experience of a wide range of Agile development practices as well as software engineering principles and methodologies
  • An appreciation of continuous integration, continuous delivery and dev ops.

Additional experience managing and liaising with external clients and suppliers, cloud solutions (especially Azure and SaaS), C# and the .NET Framework, mathematics / statistics and/or complex algorithms is beneficial.
