Systems Analyst (24735)

A trusted world class company has a terrific opportunity for a technically minded Systems Analyst to take the next step in their career. Based in their Surrey offices, close to London, the Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding and documenting changes made to data structures that will impact client systems. There will be plenty of opportunity to showcase your skills and become a crucial member of a development team that prides itself on its technical excellence.

This is a visible position that will require the right candidate to understand the full systems structure and any implications of changes made by the development team. As such, it is a pivotal role, ensuring good communications between developers and clients, and would offer many chances for professional development.

You will be able to discuss changes to data structure and their functional impact with developers. Ideally you are naturally an organised person, as the documentation of improvements will be an important part of your responsibilities. You will also work closely with Lead Consultants to determine the most effective and efficient way to apply client specific configurations.

Skills and experience necessary to excel in this role include:

• Strong data analysis skills and experiencee of using data comparrison tools
• Direct Database and SQL experience
• Experience with DB and DC occupational pension schemes
• Terrific communication skills including excellent written and verbal English, as well as good time management skills and the ability to successfully prioritise your own work

A good degree (2.1 or above) in Computer Science or similar technical subject from a well-respected university will be needed, as is full permission to live and work in the UK without time limit, restriction or sponsorship.
