Scrum Master (24839)

This company is a highly successful, established company with a strong global presence in the field of risk management consultancy and business process support. Their products help solve the headaches of clients who would otherwise have to negotiate the maze of constantly evolving legislation and best practice across disparate geographic regions. To support these services it is essential that their software infrastructure can keep pace whilst retaining a high level of reliability and usability. They are now seeking an experienced Scrum Master to ensure that this ongoing development is progressed as efficiently as possible.

This will be a pure Scrum Master role and will not involve writing code. You will be a facilitator, working collaboratively with Product Owners and other stakeholders to smooth the path for your development teams. You will also be an evangelist for Agile best practice, and strategies to improve quality and productivity, driving improvement via enthusiasm and consensus.

You will have:

• A 1st or 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a top-tier university
• A significant track record of success as a Scrum Master
• A sound understanding of the theory and practise of Agile, including Extreme Programming and SOLID development principles
• Prior commercial experience in financial services, with a broad understanding of employment-related processes and products, including pensions
