(Senior) Statistics Modeller (24890)

This dedicated technology team is an in-house consultancy for a multinational scientific company. The team work with researchers and biostatisticians to provide key quantitative solutions to address complex problems involved in clinical applications and drug development. They currently seek a (Senior) Statistics Modeller to join them to work on trial design simulations, meta-analyses, data visualisations and provide advice for tool development.

Projects will involve collaboratively working with other technical teams, providing technical expertise on a wide range of statistical analyses and provide modelling and simulation understanding.

Requirements:

• BSc / MSc in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Informatics or similar.
• A PhD, postdoc and / or equivalent commercial experience in statistical modelling and simulations using R. Further experience using SAS or Python would be desirable.
• Must have demonstrable sector experience of clinical trial data or applied statistics in drug delivery.
• An understanding / exposure to software tools development.

As this is an internal consultancy team, good communication skills are expected.
