C# Mobile App Developer (24938)

This Cambridge-based software company is a world leader in 3D data gathering, processing and visualisation, whose products aid a range of industries in complex decision-making and analysis. Their products have been used worldwide by international NGOs, environmental protection groups, emergency rescue services and maritime safety organisations – and this is only the tip of the iceberg!

As they expand their product to new platforms, they are seeking a C# developer with cross-platform mobile application experience to join their established and productive team. Successful candidates will get to work on exciting new data capture and processing technologies, blending AR elements for ease-of-use, rolled out for mobile platforms in sleek and intuitive applications.

Your CV will need to demonstrate:

• practical, hands-on experience in C# development for applications, but significant Java experience for Android platforms will be considered too;
• exposure to cross-platform mobile development, ideally with Xamarin or compatible tools;
• ideally knowledge of XAML, either through Xamarin WPF;
• a strong technical foundation, with at least a 2.1 Honours degree from a well-ranked university in computer science, engineering, or a related technical subject.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a significant portfolio of hobby projects or relevant internships, or a developer with some experience looking for a career move into an exciting and dynamic new development environment. Candidates will need to have existing permission to work in the UK, without restrictions or the need for sponsorship, already in place.
