You’ll gain experience working as part of an Agile development team who use technologies like C#, TypeScript and Angular (do note, you do not need existing experience in these!). Your initial focus will be improving and developing your programming and scripting skills, and you’ll be cutting code as part of their application automation and diagnostics suite, to help to improve their software applications and platforms.
You will need:
- A good degree in computer science or applied computing from a well-ranked university, and strong A-level grades; you’ll have retained a good amount of what you learned
- The ability to understand complex systems, think in abstractions, and take a “divide and conquer” (divide and rule) approach to problem solving
- Some existing aptitude for programming (and it’ll be something you enjoy doing)
- Numeracy, and an analytical mindset
- An appetite for learning; and, enthusiasm!
