Summary: Commercial C# on .Net experience needed, business software development, Oxford, to £competitive + benefits. This growing, established company develops software for a variety of clients and seeks a high calibre technologist to use agile development methods to deliver very high quality software tools to an international client base. You will be working across the whole project life cycle from requirements capture and design through to implementation and delivery. While your first project will be a high availability web based application, they expect you to grow your skills and work across a range of products and services. With a very good degree (2.1 at least) from a good university, you will have at least 2 years commercial .Net web development experience using C#; an excellent knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server; and a fanatical approach to quality. Any experience in the following will be very useful but not essential: experience working in an agile/XP environment; XML experience; familiarity with Selenium and Unit Testing; proven experience with the design and development of large, performance-critical systems; and knowledge of Java.
