Electronics Engineer – High speed digital, mixed signal PCB. Our client undertakes a range of board-level and system-level electronics design work encompassing development platforms, product prototypes and fully-featured products for volume manufacture. They’re looking for an enthusiastic and versatile engineer to assist in this work. You'll have an excellent theoretical understanding of electronics design together with good practical skills and an ability to tackle new technical problems which might fall outside your main speciality. An excellent BEng/BSc in engineering or the physical sciences is essential. Exceptional new graduates with substantial hands-on experience gained through project work or hobby electronics will be considered. Experience in some or all of the following areas will be advantageous: high-speed digital design; FPGA based systems; power supplies and distribution; mixed-signal PCB design; DFM; DFT; thermal and mechanical design; regulatory approvals.
