You will have an excellent academic record with a good degree (2.1 or 1st class hons) in Electronics Engineering or Physics from a top university. In addition to both breadth and depth of understanding within your discipline, you will be able to show evidence of interest in electronics (or other scientific fields) beyond the degree itself, and have an aptitude for independent, innovative thinking.

Please note: candidates will be engaged on a 12 month contract initially, with the first 6 months based in Surrey and then moving to the Cambridge area. Help will be given with relocation, and it is anticipated that the initial contract would be extended.
