Summary: Exceptional Lead Architect / Engineer with web search robots and strong maths skills for growing machine learning company, Oxford, to £90k.

This key role is to work within a small group of high calibre technologists to lead the development of a data search web service and search engine. This next generation technology uses state of the art mathematics and, as one of the first senior employees, you will help to shape the company. Your group will be responsible for the design, build and test of both web applications and core maths engines.

With a strong academic background, you must have demonstrable commercial experience of web search robot development (architecting and delivering scalable, production LAMP web applications), plus strong maths skills including algorithm design / implementation. You will also have solid software development skills in an object oriented language (preferably C++) and team leading experience. This is an outstanding opportunity to join this company in its early stages of growth.
