The role will involve a significant level of onsite work with UK customers, mainly in southern England and the Midlands. With a good numerate/engineering degree, you will ideally have gained a good level of experience with areas such as: Embedded software development, including Real-Time Operating Systems, C/C++ compilers, emulators, and microprocessors/microcontrollers Communication Mechanisms (CAN, Flexray, LIN, RS232, AUTOSAR) Control Systems Development (Rapid Prototyping, Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation, Test Automation, Automatic Code Generation, Calibration) Electronic Hardware - PCB design, sensors, data acquisition, power electronics.
