About you: You are likely to be a graduate/PhD (or even an "all but thesis" PhD candidate who'd rather get out there and earn some money!) in a numerate subject such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Mech Eng or Electronics, with some relevant commercial experience and wide-ranging technical knowledge.

You should have a genuine and broad interest in new technologies, and have the drive to succeed.

Your main task will be to match suitable, high calibre candidates with our clients - leading UK high-tech companies. You are literate, well-presented (when necessary at least!) and outgoing, with a pleasant telephone manner and good attention to detail. You are self-driven and don’t need ‘micro management’. You should be able to offer evidence of your ability/potential to succeed in a competitive environment.
