• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performances and the potential of new materials either fluorescent or phosphorescent emitters or charge transporting systems.
• Design and execute experiments to correlate material and process parameters to device performances.
• With the help of modern statistical tools support the identification of correlations between materials properties, processing parameters and device performances.
• Support device fabrication and testing when required (especially in evaluating new methodology).
In addition, you will have some of the following attributes:
• Hands-on experience of device fabrication.
• Knowledge/experience of some programming (Visual Basic, Labview).
• Knowledge of polymer systems.
