Summary: a superb opportunity for a bright, experienced Customer Support Engineer to join an award-winning team working at the centre of the film special effects industry.
Our client has developed a unique reputation in the special effects market with their image processing technology. Their products have been used on many high profile films.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a senior Customer Support engineer who, in addition to supporting their high-powered customers, could manage another person at the London base and a third in their US office.
You'll be able to demonstrate an aptitude to deal with people and be a quick learner. You'll need a good technical background (degree in Maths/Physics/Computer Science or similar numerate subject), excellent organisational skills and relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
A real interest for computer graphics/image processing/visual effects is important - my client is looking for a candidate who gets fired up about what they do!
