Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a Materials Scientist or Polymer Chemist to join a fast-growing R&D facility in Cambridge as a Senior Materials Scientist. Cambridge, to £40k + bens.

Our client is a leading name in novel screen technologies. With ongoing success and growth they now have an opportunity for a Senior Materials Scientist to join their Cambridge-based R&D labs.

With experience or detailed knowledge of polymeric materials, you will be responsible for leading the technical evaluation of R&D materials. You will have experience of characterisation techniques such as NMR, chromatography and spectroscopy and will be confident in correlating material properties to device performance.

The ideal candidate will be a PhD-qualified materials scientist or polymer chemist with vast experience of polymer characterisation techniques. Furthermore you will have excellent time management skills, be pro-active and communicative and enjoy working in a team.
