Cambridge : to £38k + excellent benefits
Customer facing, Opportunity for growth

Summary: an exceptional ground floor opportunity for a Sales Support Engineer to join a high powered company. You could become manager of a growing support and QA team - but previous management experience is NOT necessary.

Our client is a small but rapidly growing and very well funded start-up focused on software products for collaboration. Their people have highly impressive track records in successfully bringing innovative technologies to market - this is your opportunity to join them to help do the same with their new software which is set to dominate a £billion market.

You will be the first line of enquiry for all technical enquiries, pre- and post-sale. You'll need strong customer facing and telephone skills, with a good sense for business, and a positive nature. You must be smart, self-starting, able to work with minimal guidance and manage your own workload.

This is a key customer facing role and our client is looking for experience of front-line support and QA processes, together with a sound understanding of software products (ideally telecoms or internet) or professional services.

You'll work closely with both engineering and sales teams, and may from time to time join the sales team on customer visits, to give demos and training for example.

An excellent package including a highly competitive salary, benefits and share options is offered.

Note that a range of experience from recent graduate through to experienced support engineer will be considered.
