In addition to excellent written / verbal communication skills, you must have the ability to learn quickly, to provide guidance, support and consultancy to customers. With an impressive academic background, you should have a strong proficiency in C. Any knowledge of Linux, Networking (TCP/IP / Ethernet), socket programming would be a huge advantage.
