With proven commercial web development experience, you should have an impressive record in developing rich client and server side applications and in-depth JavaScript, CSS and HTML knowledge. You will have proven skills in AJAX-style web application development, SQL & PHP.

Any graphical design skills would be an advantage. You should also offer exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities along with excellent written / verbal communication skills.
