- Solid academic record: Bachelors degree in Applied Physics or Engineering from a top university with minimally a B grade in Physics and Maths at A-level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to augment an entrepreneurial personality – experience in technical sales would be ideal.
- Personable and strong empathy skills.
- Exposure using maths modelling tools / software suites (can be through university courses).
- Be able to travel, as some travel would be required.
