This leading Cambridge technology company seeks an enthusiastic and talented software engineer with some experience developing responsive web applications; this could be through commercial experience since graduation or from your own personal project work.

This client works at the forefront of the media and entertainment industries, developing an extensive range of industry-standard software products. Their customers operate in application areas such as film, TV, fashion and retail. The work is diverse and challenging.

The successful Software Developer (Web Applications) will be enthusiastic and bright, with an excellent approach to good software programming techniques. You must have a good degree from a well-ranked university in a subject such as computer science with some of the following attributes and skills:

  • experience of developing web applications, using JavaScript and HTML
  • .NET development (could be VB.NET with some exposure to C#)
  • knowledge of version control systems e.g. GIT
  • some knowledge of media-centric web applications would be of interest.

You will join a constructive and vibrant project team, working collaboratively on a diverse range of applications.
