ecm is seeking a Part-time Researcher / Temporary Recruitment Assistant to help us find high calibre candidates for our clients - leading UK high-tech companies.

Working with a Consultant, your job will involve searching our database for suitable candidates and contacting them by phone or email. No 'cold calling' will be involved because you will be dealing with applicants who have already registered with us.

Your reward will be based on your own efforts - essentially you will be paid by results.

About you: You'll be representing our company, so you will need an excellent telephone manner, and good written English. You should be well organised, determined and persistent, so that if there is no response at first you'll keep trying. That said, we don't want someone too pushy because we aren't that sort of company.

You’ll need to be competent with Microsoft Office software. It’s important too that you are self-reliant and don’t need ‘micro management’, but you’ll receive on-the-job training to help you very quickly become effective.
