The role is highly analytical - much of the work focuses on reviewing how the operational side of the business is performing and reporting back what has been happening and why. Your work will frequently be presented to senior Directors, providing the information necessary for critical business decisions.
You must offer excellent numerical skills and the ability to analyse data and draw out insights from the analysis. You should have an aptitude for learning and using new programming languages - ideally with a knowledge of VBA, SQL, Excel. You should also be able to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience.

Our client is a financial consultancy who specialise in financial modelling and advice for major investment projects. Their clients are large corporations, governments, construction companies or a combination of all three. They now have a number of maths modelling opportunities for highly numerate recent or pending graduates and PhD students. You will be based in Central London and will help build new financial models and analyse existing models for a range of clients.
Successful applicants will have at least a 2.1 degree in a numerate discipline such as maths, engineering, physics, computer science, electronics, etc and an A grade in A-level maths. The Person
