Our client is a young product design and development consultancy doing ground-breaking work in a range of industries. Due to expansion, they are looking for a very bright Electronics Engineer to join their group.

To be successful, you will be able to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams working in a wide range of technical disciplines. You must be self-motivated, comfortable in a client-facing environment and extremely adaptable. You'll have a good degree (ideally 1st Class Hons) in a relevant subject from a top university, and excellent communication skills.

These projects will involve both technical and business consulting activities. You will also be expected to be able to contribute to the broader work of the group in technology and product development. Specifically you will be conducting market research, technology reviews, developing growth strategy advice for companies, and making significant contributions to technically demanding technology and product development projects in a technical, commercial and project management capacity.

You MUST have a strong academic record in physics, engineering or similar with at least a 2.1 (Hons) from a leading institution plus good A level grades (a PhD will be an asset). Your primary role will be to provide management consultancy support to clients, predominantly, but not exclusively, in the public sector arena.

You will be taking the lead role in delivery of project work including planning, proposal generation, liaison with clients, project management and final delivery. Your strong technical and management expertise will make a significant contribution to consultancy projects, often with you working on more than one concurrently.

To achieve this, you will be expected to:

· Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to write, present, facilitate, and conduct interviews
· Have good sales awareness and be able to support sales delivery
