Our client is a scientific team that design and develop bespoke control systems revolving around high energy, real-time, distributed systems. Their continued support of existing systems as well as development of new designs (through customer interactions) provides a wide variety of projects. They currently are looking for a bright, experienced engineer to join their systems team.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in electronics, software or physics (ideally 1st / 2.1 and post-graduate qualifications).
  • Further professional coding experience with C / C++ in real time distributed controls including knowledge of application level communications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

Further, additional knowledge / exposure to embedded systems, Linux kernel, scripting or networking would be desirable.
