This exciting Oxford-based start-up is about to launch a new technology that will transform the wireless data and power transmission market. They’ve already secured significant backing from commercial investors, and are now working hard to evolve their technology from a proof-of-concept to a polished and market-ready product.

Working in modern, state-of-the-art facilities at the heart of Oxford, they are now seeking an RF Electronics Engineer to join their pioneering team. Candidates must be able to show successful commercial experience in bringing electronics products to the market, and an excellent academic background (at least a 2.1 Hons in Electronics from a top Russell Group university) that demonstrates a thorough understanding of theory as well as practice.

Further experience required includes:

  • significant electronics and RF circuit design and testing skills;
  • familiarity with analysis equipment including oscilloscopes, VNAs, anechoic chambers;
  • top software skills, including electronics simulation (SPICE, OrCAD or similar), PCB layout tools, and micro-controller programming;
  • knowledge of electronics / RF standards, including EMC / EMI / IEEE etc.
