• An excellent degree in computer science, maths, physics or similar from a highly ranked world class university.
• Confident in OO design using any of a number of programming languages, such as Python, C++, Ruby etc. (i.e. aptitude is more important than specific syntax).
• Experience in commercial software development; exposure to Agile development is a plus.
• The ability to work on a diverse range of problems, between different projects; the work is fast-paced and challenging.
