Interested in motor sports or football? Like travel? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our client develops world-class analysis tools used by household-name sports companies. Due to growth, they are now seeking a smart Customer Support Engineer to join their team.
Working on high profile customer sites and at our client’s head office in central London, you’ll support customers remotely and in person. Your work will involve investigating, reproducing and logging technical issues.
You’ll need to have a logical approach to finding the cause of issues, excellent communication skills, a mature outlook, and a degree in a scientific or technical subject. Understanding of video, audio and networks would be extremely useful.
You will become expert using our client’s software applications, so that you can help support their customers. This role would most suit someone with a passion for sports and data, who is very confident and articulate.
Willingness to work flexibly and travel, including at weekends when most of the sporting events take place, is essential.
