This highly successful, established technology company develops solutions for client based scientific engineering problems. One area of considerable growth is medical device development and this group seeks a talented, insightful and ambitious graduate physicist to join the growing team. The successful candidate will develop new medical devices by drawing on their insight, analysis, creativity, initiative and drive. You will take ownership and responsibility for client needs by responding to detailed technical challenges and selecting the most appropriate solution, working within dedicated open multi-disciplinary teams.

With a top Physics degree from a leading university, very strong A level grades and, ideally, a higher degree as well, you must have a comprehensive understanding of physics fundamentals, specifically mechanics and thermodynamics.

Your application must outline your project experience developing experimental or theoretical models of complex processes; this could be through commercial internships or academic research. This experience will demonstrate your experimental, analytical, theoretical and creative capabilities.

Alongside a robust technical platform, you will also have the ability to set the direction in your work, focussing on the most important aspects with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. You will be keen to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to develop new skills and assume increasing responsibilities.
