With this dynamic, early stage company based in Cambridge who are at a key stage in their growth. They are developing a breakthrough healthcare technology and are now looking for a highly focused Supply Chain Manager to join the team as they move into large-scale manufacturing.

You’ll provide direction to supplier selection, supplier management, price negotiation and planning activities. Naturally you’ll work closely with colleagues in Product Development, Quality and Manufacturing to understand organisational requirements, ensuring company goals, priorities and objectives are achieved.

For this vital new role you’ll have a relevant degree plus extensive experience of manufacturing in a fast moving high-tech environment. Also sought:

• Strong negotiator
• Good grasp of contract law
• Demonstrated success in supplier management
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to travel internationally

Experience working for a company whose products and processes are FDA regulated is preferred.
