Bright, Ambitious C / Python / Linux Developer (24491)

Our client is a leading manufacturer of ultra-high-performance communications equipment, with numerous prestigious clients worldwide reliant on their technology. Due to their continued success they are now seeking very bright C / Python / Linux Software Developers to join their team. The role will involve full-lifecycle development of new functionality, working with cutting-edge networking equipment and a team of world-class, highly motivated colleagues.

Requirements:

• 1st or 2:1 degree in a numerate subject such as physics, maths, or computer science from a leading university.
• Significant commercial software development experience.
• Strong coding skills in C and Python.
• Solid understanding of Linux kernel and device drivers.
• Good knowledge of low level networking protocols.

Skill in any of the following would be advantageous: JavaScript, Ruby, Docker, Test-Driven-Development.
