An exciting global market leader of video streaming software, with offices in one of the picturesque villages surrounding Cambridge, is looking for a bright and talented JavaScript Developer to join their engineering team. The company also has a site in California and occasional travel to the US is a possibility.

Due to continued growth, the company is expanding their team working on industry leading products involving audio and video streaming. You would be using HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3 with modern tools and frameworks, such as Node and Angular. You would also be involved with developing bespoke, state-of-the -art solutions for high-end, premium clients.

The position offers the opportunity for a developer to gain experience of a broad range of modern web technologies, whilst working in an innovative and fast moving environment, with a highly skilled, relaxed and friendly team.

Essential skills:

• Good JavaScript development experience in a commercial environment
• Full software lifecycle experience

Desirable skills:

• Video/Audio, HDMI interfacing, MP4, transport / streaming / synchronisation of audio / video
