Graduate Electronics and Software Engineer (24620)
Calling all 2018 or 2019 graduates of Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science.
Our client has an excellent opportunity for a bright and adaptable recent (or future) graduate to join them as a Graduate Electronics and Software Engineer. They are a very well respected company with modern offices and labs in the Cambridge area, where they work on a variety of interesting projects involving rigorous research and finding creative solutions for real-world problems.
The position of Graduate Electronics and Software Engineer will involve working with a team of multi-disciplinary experts on all areas of embedded systems and devices, including embedded software, electronics, physics, communications, security and algorithm design. Many opportunities will be available to the right person, to enhance their skills in technical design, information engineering, control, embedded software, PCB design and whole product design.
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- An excellent degree (2.1 or above) or a PhD from a top Russell Group university in Electrical or Information Engineering, Computer Science or Physics, backed by outstanding grades at A-level
- Experience in software implementation in C, C++ or Python
- An enquiring, imaginative and technically creative mind, evidenced by work experience and personal projects
You will also need full permission to live and work in the UK without time limit, restriction or sponsorship.
