Audio signal processing; Python, C++, Matlab; Exciting Start-up

An early stage opportunity with a Cambridge company developing breakthrough audio technology that will make a real difference to people’s lives.

You will undertake original research, developing new algorithms to advance state of the art solutions in the field.

You’ll need excellent mathematical skills (as shown by either your PhD or work experience) combined with good deductive reasoning and critical thinking. You’ll have a genuine interest in developing audio technology and at least some of the following:

  • Optimisation theory
  • Bayesian methods
  • Complex tensor calculus
  • Prototyping algorithms using Python, C++ or Matlab

Audio signal processing or speech processing would be a great advantage, as would some experience of machine learning, technical writing or IP/patents.

This is your chance to join an exciting startup and share in their success – in addition to a competitive salary, stock options are on offer. Various levels from (very able) recent graduate will be considered.
